Welcome to Mealpreper Guide! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Mealpreper Guide website at mealpreper.guide, app.mealpreper.guide, and our mobile application available on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you are prohibited from using the Service.

1. Definitions

  • "Service" — the Mealpreper Guide website and mobile application.
  • "User," "You," "Your" — any individual accessing or using the Service.
  • "Company," "We," "Us" — Mealpreper Guide OÜ.
  • "Content" — all materials, information, text, graphics, images, software, audio, video, and other content available through the Service.
  • "User-Generated Content" (UGC) — any content you submit, post, or otherwise make available on the Service.

2. User Eligibility and Account Registration

Age Restriction: You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. Users aged 13–18 may use the Service only with parental or guardian consent.

Account Creation: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep it up to date.

Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access and use our Content for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Under this license you may not:

  • Modify or copy our Content;
  • Use our Content for any commercial purpose;
  • Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software in the Service;
  • Remove any copyright or proprietary notations from our Content;
  • Transfer our Content to another person or mirror it on any other server.

This license terminates automatically if you violate any of these restrictions.

4. User Conduct and Prohibited Uses

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. Prohibited behavior includes:

  • Uploading content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable;
  • Impersonating any person or entity;
  • Transmitting viruses or other malicious code;
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service;
  • Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the Service;
  • Using the Service for commercial solicitation without our written consent;
  • Collecting personal data about other users without their consent.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by Mealpreper Guide OÜ, its licensors, or other providers and are protected by Estonian and international intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of UGC you submit. By submitting UGC, you grant Mealpreper Guide a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your content in connection with the Service.

6. Subscription and Payment Terms

Pricing: Paid features and subscription pricing are clearly displayed within the App or on the website.

Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions may automatically renew unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period.

Cancellation: You can cancel at any time through App settings or your app store subscription management. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Refunds: Payments are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

7. Termination

By You: You may delete your account at any time through the App or by contacting support.

By Us: We may terminate or suspend your account immediately and without notice for any breach of these Terms.

8. Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Mealpreper Guide makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or accuracy of content.

Not medical advice. Nutritional information, meal plans, and health-related content are for informational purposes only and are not a substitute for professional medical advice. Always consult a qualified health professional before making changes to your diet.

9. Limitations of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mealpreper Guide shall not be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, during the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Links to Third-Party Websites

We are not responsible for the content of third-party sites linked from our Service. Use of any linked website is at your own risk.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Mealpreper Guide OÜ and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims arising out of your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service.

12. Modifications to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via the website, email, or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Estonia.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
