We built Mealpreper Guide because the gap between meal prep advice and real life felt too wide. Most guides assume you have endless time, a professional kitchen, and zero picky eaters. We don't.

So we built something different — a component-based system tested in real home kitchens, with real prep times, by real people (including a very opinionated 5-year-old).
