Welcome to Mealpreper Guide! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Mealpreper Guide website at https://mealpreper.guide, https://app.mealpreper.guide, and our mobile application ("App") available on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using the Service, you ("User" or "You") agree to be bound by these Terms, all applicable laws and regulations, and acknowledge that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these Terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing the Service. The materials contained in the Service are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

1. Definitions

  • "Service" refers to the Mealpreper Guide website (https://mealpreper.guide, https://app.mealpreper.guide) and the Mealpreper Guide mobile application available on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

  • "User," "You," "Your" refers to any individual or entity accessing or using the Service.

  • "Company," "We," "Our," "Us" refers to Mealpreper Guide.

  • "Content" refers to all materials, information, data, text, graphics, images, software, audio, video, and other content available on or through the Service.

  • "Our Content" refers to all Content provided by Mealpreper Guide.

  • "User-Generated Content" (UGC) refers to any Content that You or other Users submit, post, display, or otherwise make available on or through the Service.

  • "Account" refers to the user account created by You to access certain features of the Service.

2. User Eligibility and Account Registration

  • Age Restriction: By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years old. If you are under 13, you may not use the Service. If you are between 13 and 18 years of age, you may use the Service only with the consent and supervision of your parent or legal guardian.

  • Account Creation: To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an Account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

  • Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials (username and password) and for all activities that occur under your Account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your Account or any other breach of security. We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this section.

3. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of Our Content (information or software) from Mealpreper Guide’s website and/or our Apps from Google Play/App Store for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing and use only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

  • modify or copy Our Content;

  • use Our Content for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);

  • attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on Mealpreper Guide’s Service;

  • remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from Our Content; or

  • transfer Our Content to another person or “mirror” Our Content on any other server.

This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Mealpreper Guide at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format.

4. User Conduct and Prohibited Uses

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the Service. Prohibited behavior includes, but is not limited to:

  • Engaging in any conduct that restricts or inhibits any other user from using or enjoying the Service.

  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service, other accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to the Service, whether through hacking, password mining, or any other means.

  • Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the Service or the data contained therein.

  • Using the Service for any commercial solicitation purposes without our express written consent.

  • Collecting or storing personal data about other users without their express consent.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service for any violation of these Prohibited Uses.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

  • Our Content: The Service and all Our Content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by Mealpreper Guide, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by Estonia and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

  • User-Generated Content (UGC): You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights that you hold in the User-Generated Content you submit to the Service. However, by submitting UGC to the Service, you grant Mealpreper Guide a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, perform, and otherwise exploit the UGC in connection with the Service and Mealpreper Guide's (and its successors' and affiliates') business, including without limitation for promoting and redistributing part or all of the Service (and derivative works thereof) in any media formats and through any media channels.

  • Your Responsibilities for UGC: You are solely responsible for the UGC you post and represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to publish the UGC. You agree that your UGC will not infringe any third party's intellectual property rights, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other proprietary rights.

6. Subscription and Payment Terms (If Applicable)

  • Pricing: If the Service offers paid features or subscriptions, pricing will be clearly displayed within the App or on the website. All prices are subject to change without prior notice.

  • Billing and Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions may automatically renew unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the renewal term.

  • Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time through the App settings or your respective app store (Google Play Store or Apple App Store) subscription management. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

  • Refunds: Payments are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

  • Changes to Fees: We reserve the right to modify our fees at any time. We will provide you with reasonable prior notice of any changes to fees.

7. Termination

  • By You: You may terminate your Account at any time by deleting your account within the App or contacting our support team. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease, and we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

  • By Us: We may terminate or suspend your Account and/or access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

8. Disclaimer

The materials on Mealpreper Guide’s Service are provided on an ‘as is’ and ‘as available’ basis. Mealpreper Guide makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

Further, Mealpreper Guide does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its Service or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.

Our goal is to keep this information timely and accurate. If errors are brought to our attention, we will try to correct them.

However, Mealpreper Guide accepts no responsibility or liability whatsoever with regard to the information on this Service. In principle, this information is:

Mealpreper Guide may revise these Terms of Service for its Service at any time without notice. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page, or, where appropriate, by email notification or a notice within the Service prior to the change becoming effective. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of the revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes. We recommend that you review these Terms periodically for any changes.

14. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Estonia, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Estonia for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Mealpreper Guide regarding the use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter of these Terms.
